Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HoverRace (Top-Down) (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Game.
Plain English summary: You can play offline without giving us personal information. If you choose to use optional online features (like leaderboards),

- Display name (the nickname you choose)
- Gameplay records (race times, track names, lap data, and related performance stats)
- Diagnostics (optional): If crash reporting or analytics are enabled in your build, the Game may collect limited device/usage data such as
app version, device model, OS version, and crash logs.
2) How We Use Information

those providers process data on our behalf to deliver the feature.
- Legal and safety: If required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Game.
5) Data Retention
- Leaderboard entries: Display names and times may be retained as long as leaderboards are active, unless removed for moderation, maintenance, or upon request.
- Diagnostics: Crash/diagnostic data (if enabled) is retained only as long as needed to investigate and improve the Game.
6) Your Choices
